This is the audit proper. Its companion, The Grammar of Structural Diagnosis, derived that a world of reflective persisters must build civilization and set out the language in which its structures can be judged. This work turns that grammar on the structures, practices, and systems we have in fact built, and reads of each whether it secures the persistence it exists to secure or is built against it. It is not a work of opinion: the measure is La Profilée, not preference. Where a structure many find objectionable is structurally sound, the catalogue records it sound; where a structure many find admirable is a violation, it records the violation. The verdict follows the structure, not the sympathy. Each case is read against the derivation of identity — the node-by-node architecture from which the persistence conditions follow — and names the node it violates: IR = R / I ≤ 1 (node 33, the necessary-and-sufficient condition of persistence: load R must not exceed integration capacity I); I = F · M · K (node 32, so the failure of any one role collapses I); Q_id (node 27, the sameness criterion an entity must preserve to remain itself across change); FCC, d(F, F₀) ≤ δ_F (node 35, whose breach is transmutation); the collective persister with its own verdicts (node 48) constituted by the coupling of its members (node 45); fusion / fragmentation in the horizontal coherence zone (node 46); Restricted Admissibility and the Law of Asymmetry (nodes 14–15); and the collapse/recovery asymmetry (capacity collapses faster under overload than it recovers). One wall runs through every sphere — the persistence of a structure is not the persistence of what it is built to serve — and it is, in each case, a claim about these nodes: a structure that secures its own IR ≤ 1 by driving past 1 the IR of the persisters it exists to serve. Each case runs a seven-field form: the practice named; the prevailing claim and why it persuades; the LP ground it violates; the structural violation with its mechanism and (stated as a test, not a bare assertion) its failure signature; why the claim is structurally false; the correct statement; and the remedy — which states the structural requirement LP fixes, separately from the policy that might realize it, since LP fixes the structure, not the instrument. Cases name patterns, not particular firms, because the violation is in the pattern and outlasts the practitioners.
