The healing experience based on integration and immersion shows the characteristics of natural pleasure. In summary, the digital media therapy focuses on the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature, the harmonious interaction between man and society, and the harmonious unity between man and himself. Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of digital therapy, this paper puts forward specific suggestions on the application of digital therapy in the treatment of autistic children, and provides an effective way to carry out the practice of digital therapy.
