Original abstract
This study investigates the integrated application of Bluetooth smart speakers within the Internet of Things (IoT) and cross-border e-commerce, alongside strategies to optimize consumer experiences. By analyzing platform evolution and conducting empirical research on users' shopping experiences, it synthesizes Bluetooth smart speaker features, IoT integration technologies, and platform operational data to propose a service platform architecture centered on digital technology systems. This architecture establishes a data-driven interactive middleware platform and an intelligent service chain, significantly enhancing user experience flows in cross-cultural consumption scenarios while improving transaction efficiency and user satisfaction. The study systematically examines the functional adaptability, experiential continuity, and market acceptance of Bluetooth smart speakers in platform-based usage, offering a framework for product positioning, marketing strategies, and service optimization. This work holds both theoretical and practical significance for advancing IoT technology and e-commerce model integration, thereby driving the industry's digital transformation.
